I  have lived in Edmonton, Alberta for the last 4 years and trained at Le Cordon Bleu in the patisserie program in Ottawa, Ontario. I  apprenticed under an Ottawa-based chocolatier for two years and also worked as a pastry chef in Ottawa. I love experimenting with different flavours and types of chocolate.
